Relaxation is designed to promote taking the time to focus on YOU! We will work through a variety of techniques to relax our body and minds. This will program will take place in a sensory friendly environment with low lighting and soft music to help quiet the mind. This program is great for all, encouraging focus on self-care and relaxation!
